Queen Mary College comprises 5 Sections and each section is supervised by a Section Head. The Principal is the Chief Administrator of the institution.

Junior Section:
Students of 5 to 6 years of age are admitted to this section. It consists of 5 classes from I to V.  Each class has 4 to 5 sections.

A new programme directly affiliated with Cambridge university, UK- Cambridge International Primary Programme (CIPP) has been initiated in the academic session is a Complete Education System covering all the aspects of a child’s life. Students are admitted in Class I.

Senior Section:
This section has 5 classes from Class VI to X. Students are prepared for the Matriculation Examination (Science and Arts) of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore.

Pre-O’Levels and O’Levels:
Pre-O’Levels classes have been started from Class VIII w.e.f. Academic Session 2003 to enhance the potential of the students to appear in the O’Levels Examination, conducted by the Cambridge University UK.

College Section:
The College Section consists of Intermediate Arts/Science, B.A/B.Sc, I.Com/B.Com, BS(Hons) Computer Science, BS(Hons) Physics, BS(Hons) Mathematics, BS(Hons) Chemistry, BS(Hons) Mass Communication .

Evening Shift Classes:
To accommodate the growing number of students, Evening Classes at Intermediate level (Arts and Science) have been started in the College w.e f September 2003.
